Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING POLICY:
- Advanced Driveline offers free group shipping within the lower 48 states for orders over $70 (excludes freight and oversized items). We use UPS, USPS and FedEx as ground shipping carriers.

- Expedited shipping (Next Day Air/2nd Day Air/3rd Day Air) is an additional fee and will be covered by the customer. Please note, expedited shipping costs are non-refundable, even if your order does not arrive to you within the paid-for time frame.

- Free shipping over $70 does NOT apply to international shipments or wholesale orders

- International shipping fees do not include any applicable taxes and duties. The customer is responsible for payment

BILLING/SHIPPING ADDRESSES:
If you choose to have your order(s) shipped to an address other than your billing address, please be advised that we may require additional verification and your order may be subject to shipping delays. Advanced Driveline recommends allowing extra time for order fulfillment when shipping to an alternate address.

DAMAGED/LOST SHIPMENTS:
Despite our best efforts and precautions, at Advanced Driveline we try our best to prevent any damage to our shipments. Do not discard of any boxes or packaging materials that were included in your original shipment; in order to fully process a damage claim, all original items and packaging must be provided. Advanced Driveline is not liable for damage claims due to customer negligence.

If you provide an apartment address, suite number or freight forwarder/transfer station as part of your ship-to-destination, this is at your own risk. Advanced Driveline will not be liable for loss or theft.

If your shipment or merchandise does not have any movement for several days, or has not been delivered within a normal ship time, please contact us so we can open up a shipping claim. 

FREIGHT SHIPPING:
- It is the customers responsibility to schedule and accept the delivery in a timely manner. The freight company will reach out to you directly to set up a time and date of acceptance

- If there are delays in delivery as a result of the customers inability to accept the shipment, storage fees and return shipping costs may apply

- All complete axle housings and assemblies have a $300 freight fee for palletizing and shipping. If you require a lift-gate service or do not have anyone available to assist the driver with unloading upon delivery, a $75 lift gate fee can and will be added at your request. 

- If you discover damage to your item(s) which was/were concealed at the time of delivery, please contact us as soon as possible. Please note, if there was damage to the item packaging at the time of delivery and you accepted the shipment, the claim will be denied.

- The customer is responsible for inspecting ALL parts upon delivery. If there is visible damage to the packaging, it is the customers responsibility to request to open and inspect the shipment prior to signing for the delivery. If the company does not allow you to do so, or the inspection indicates damage to your item(s), please take photos and REFUSE the shipment. 

RETURNS:
All of us at Advanced Driveline want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the event that you need return an item(s), our policy is straightforward and simple.

Advanced Driveline will only accept items that have not been opened, installed or modified to be eligible for return. Returns require prior authorization and must be made within seven (7) days of receiving your merchandise. A refund will only be made if your request for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is shipped within seven (7) days of receiving your RMA form and number. 

- No returns will be accepted after 30 days. NO EXCEPTIONS

- To obtain an RMA number to start your return process, please email us with the following:

  • Name
  • Order number
  • Part number of the product(s) you are returning
  • Reason for return

Once Advanced Driveline has received your return request, we will send you an RMA number and form to fill out. Please fill out the form in its entirety and return it with your merchandise. Please be sure to securely package your item(s) for shipment and clearly mark the outside of the package with your provided RMA number and return to us in new, unopened, unused condition within 30 days from the date of shipment. Returns without movement after 10 days of being given an RMA number will result in the inability to provide a refund.

- All returns are subject to up to a 30% restocking fee, based on the manufacturer

- If all of the returns requirements are met, Advanced Driveline will refund the full purchase price minus any shipping costs we paid, which are non-refundable. We will deduct any shipping charges we incur, even if you originally received free shipping.

- Installation cost and/or services (powder coating, installation prep, etc) will not be covered by Advanced Driveline for any returned product.

* The following items can NOT be cancelled, returned or exchanged:
- Advanced Driveline gift certificates
- Custom made, made to order or specialty ordered items
- Items that have been installed
- Items that have been marked as not returnable
- Discontinued items
- Apparel
- Items that have been painted, powder coated or modified by the customer. Please be sure to test fit ALL merchandise prior to painting or powder coating. Advanced Driveline and the manufacturer(s) will not accept modified items to be returned, refunded or exchanged.
